Ingredients<\/h3>

    4 vine ripened tomatoes<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    4 bocconcini, sliced<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • <\/span>

    1\/4 cup torn basil leaves<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    salt and cracked black pepper<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • <\/span>

    extra virgin olive oil, to serve<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • <\/span>

    Coles Balsamic Vinegar, to serve<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>

    Directions<\/h3>
    • Slice each tomato from top to bottom into 1cm thick slices. Place on a serving plate and top with the bocconcini and basil leaves. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.<\/li>
    • Just before serving, drizzle the salad with oil and vinegar.<\/li><\/ul><\/div>
