  • 1–2 tsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and black pepper

Directions

  • Toast until golden and crisp.
  • In a bowl, mash the avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Keep it slightly chunky, not completely smooth.
  • Spread the avocado mixture evenly over the toast.
  • Keep it simple or go loaded:
  • Basic: olive oil + chili flakes
  • Better: tomatoes + feta
  • Protein: add egg or smoked salmon
  • Drizzle olive oil and add a pinch of salt on top
